Training and Development

All Cathedral Interiors' personnel undertake continuous professional development through courses promoted and recommended by the CITB. This enables them to stay abreast of the latest regulations and codes of practice whilst ensuring your project meets the most up-to-date construction industry standards. All staff are professionally qualified at or beyond that required for their respective roles and responsibilities.

In April 2007, we recognised a need to extend personal and professional growth and include Management Development as part of our company training effort. Following consultation we commissioned a 14 month programme aimed at developing the core management skills of our personnel, both indivudally and as a team. Arion Training and Development were engaged to produce and deliver a programme that was tailored to the construction industry whilst still meeting the requirement to deliver a formal qualification. The programme is due to close in June 2008 with all staff having the opportunity to gain a Level 3 Introductory Certificate in Management from the Chartered Management Institute.
